Shipping Solar Products is a challenge.  They are often fragile, large, heavy and expensive.

Canadian Solar Wholesale Inc. will ship your product via the least expensive carrier or by the carrier of your choosing. Be aware that most carriers require a signature when the parcel is delivered. When you do, you are signing a legal document stating that the package being delivered is in good condition without damage and that you, the customer, is waiving any additional claim from the shipper. Before signing, closely inspect the package for any damage. Note any box damage, including dents, tears, punctures or creases on the delivery receipt. If there is obvious damage, you have the right to open it and inspect the contents. If the driver/delivery person is unwilling to wait while you do this, be sure to mark on the delivery receipt “Possible Concealed Damage”. Failure to do so, may result in the carrier rejecting your claim for any damages.

If there is damage to the shipment, you must refuse delivery and contact us.

Shipping Quotes displayed during checkout may be revised to reflect actual shipping costs. We will notify you before shipping/processing your order if this is necessary. This should only occur for large orders or unusual locations.

Please note: During checkout, the arrival date given by Canada Post for your order may not be correct. We have found Canada Post believes their transit/delivery time is quicker than what it actually is. If you need your order delivered ASAP, please send it Express Post or contact us for a price via Purolator Courier.
