With a 450-watt power output per panel and module efficiency of 22.0%, these panels deliver strong power generation in a compact 108-cell design. Canadian Solar’s N-type TOPCon technology provides excellent anti-LeTID and anti-PID performance, low power degradation, and reliable long-term energy production.
Each module features an anodized aluminum alloy frame, 3.2 mm tempered glass with anti-reflective coating, and a black polymer substrate. Its low temperature coefficient of −0.29%/°C helps maintain performance as module temperatures increase.
