The NEP BDG-256 is a monitoring gateway designed to communicate with NEP microinverters using power line communication (PLC). It collects energy data and enables local or remote monitoring of your solar system.
The BDG-256 can monitor up to 255 microinverter devices, depending on power grid conditions and interference.
It supports Ethernet, USB 2.0, and optional Wi-Fi for local and web-based access to system performance data and configuration settings.
The BDG-256 is rated IP30 and is designed for indoor use or must be installed inside a certified NEMA 3R outdoor enclosure for protection.
It operates on 100–240 Vac (50/60Hz), consuming a maximum of 3.5W of power.
