The Royer MC24V320 24V 320Ah lithium battery delivers compact, reliable, and intelligent energy for off-grid solar, RV, marine, and industrial applications. Engineered with a smart BMS, integrated Bluetooth monitoring, and built-in automatic heating, this is one of the smallest and most powerful 8.2kWh batteries in its class—assembled and tested in Canada for Canadian conditions.
All Royer batteries feature stainless steel casings and mounting carts for long-lasting durability in demanding environments. They are built using UL 1973 and UL 9540A certified cells, ensuring a high level of safety and performance in energy storage applications.

The Royer Micro 24V 320Ah battery is engineered using eight high-capacity 3.2V 320Ah prismatic cells, offering a robust and simplified design with fewer components for enhanced reliability. These cells support full depth of discharge to ensure maximum capacity when needed. Compared to lead-acid, lithium offers more than twice the usable energy per rated Ah. One Micro 24V 320Ah unit can replace the usable energy of nearly 14 standard 6V 225Ah golf cart batteries.
With daily cycling, users can expect between 3,000 to 5,000 full cycles before the battery reaches 80% capacity—still delivering 256Ah (6.56kWh) of usable power. In most applications, the battery is capable of lasting over 10,000 cycles or up to 25 years. Backed by a 10-year warranty and a fully serviceable steel casing, Royer batteries are made to endure. The casing allows for component-level diagnosis and repair, even after the warranty period.
The advanced Bluetooth-enabled BTBMS (Battery Management System) gives users full control of charge/discharge parameters, real-time data, and remote power on/off via mobile device. It includes automatic high/low voltage and temperature cutoffs and is open-source for third-party app support. Optional RB Smart LCD adds monitoring and allows toggling charge or discharge functions.
Integrated automatic heating enables safe charging in subzero conditions. The heater activates only when a charging source is connected and cell temperature is below 0°C, warming the battery to above 5°C. If charging is disabled or disconnected, the heater remains off to conserve power.
The Smart BTBMS supports 200A continuous discharge, 250A for 60 seconds, and 440A for 1 second. It includes a 1120A short-circuit cutoff for protection. Max charge current is 200A, though 50–100A per battery is recommended for optimal longevity. Systems with higher demands can parallel multiple batteries. Always size wiring and fuses to your expected load profile.
Using fire-resistant LiFePO4 chemistry and UL1973/UL9540A certified cells, Royer batteries require no venting or maintenance. Self-discharge is under 3% per month. The BTBMS includes protections for over/under voltage, temperature, current, and shorts. External fusing is still recommended.
Measuring 62.0 cm × 19.5 cm × 30.5 cm (24.4″ × 7.7″ × 12″) and weighing 57.3 kg (126.3 lbs), the Micro 24V 320Ah battery provides one of the most compact kWh footprints available. It supports multi-orientation mounting, and the stainless-steel case includes removable handles for flexible installation. Do not expose to direct moisture.
